If anything tells you more about the thinking behind my "developing" "Conspiracy Theory" it is this announcement from International Organised Crime's Chief Laundromat Fat Controller that the new European Panama will be excluded from the European travel ban:

 So when the "Bad Actors" start raising their game, power and influence, big dark fluid slugs of digital money, more sham government/politicians tied in, wider client base, new "markets" etc. [energy, security, drugs, banking control], we should fucking think about waking up or we are shafted, as is this little planet. 


 Anyone can take a look at the official numbers and see which countries have not been hit quite as hard as many, one in particular, then figure out why China's initial "epicentre" was where it was, near their first Level BSL-4 virology laboratory:  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wuhan_Institute_of_Virology
The idea that there was a "leak" or "escape" from there was rapidly and easily debunked by the Wash Post amongst many others. Easy-peasy. So what and why there then?...Oh right.....

 As this article interview with Piers Millet (Oxford, WHO) says at the end, "Millett is optimistic about the future. “I think the key is the distribution of bad actors versus good actors,” he says. As long as the bad actors remain the minority, there is more reason to be excited for the future of biotechnology than there is to be afraid of it". That was 18 months ago however.
